2027 Kawasaki Jet Ski® SX-R™ 160

2027 Kawasaki Jet Ski® SX-R™ 160 is a stand-up personal watercraft (PWC) built for riders who want big-engine punch with a playful, rider-driven feel—and it’s available now at MotoMember in Manassas, Virginia. If you’ve been looking for a modern stand-up that blends aggressive acceleration with confident handling, the SX-R™ 160 delivers a high-energy ride that keeps you connected to the water.

Designed for performance-minded riders, the SX-R™ 160 is all about active control: carve, accelerate, and reposition your stance as the hull responds beneath you. It’s an ideal choice for experienced stand-up enthusiasts, riders stepping up from smaller platforms, or anyone who wants a PWC that feels athletic and engaging rather than passive. As a flagship-style stand-up in the Jet Ski® lineup, it’s built to run hard, turn sharp, and reward rider input.

Real-World Benefits

The SX-R™ 160’s 1,498cc in-line four brings the kind of smooth, muscular acceleration stand-up riders crave—great for powering out of turns, blasting across chop, and keeping momentum when you’re riding aggressively. Pair that with the rider-active V-shape hull and you get a craft that feels planted when you want stability, yet eager to carve when you shift your weight and commit to the line. The result is a stand-up PWC that’s as fun for quick sessions as it is for long days of skill-building and high-speed runs.
